R) Responsiveness：直ぐに返答する。積極的に顧客に意味のある提案をしている。
D) Delivery：期待に応える。約束した日時に情報を送り届ける。
C) Cost：相手にとってコミュニケーションがしやすい。相手に負担をかけない。
